Our Process

Giovanti Homes LLC home building process is much more than just the construction of your new home. Our extensive history, level of experience, and long-term commitment to customer service has helped us to master the home-building process. From start to finish, our process puts your needs, tastes and lifestyle at the forefront of your new home’s construction.

  • 1. Become Pre-Approved for a Loan

  • 2. Select Floor Plan

  • 3. Select Location/ Lot

  • 4. Meeting for Plans & Specification to pick colors & finalize structure

  • 5. Finish paperwork with your realtor & earnest money

  • 6. Construction begins shortly after paperwork is finished!

  • 7. During construction: attend electrical, trim, and final walk thru's.

  • 8. Attend your closing and move in!!!
