  • I am interested in building but don’t know where to start? +

    The best place to start is with a free, no pressure meeting at our office located in Ankeny. This meeting can be set up by contacting us at your convenience. We can educate you about Giovanti building process—how it all works so you can decide if custom building is right for you.
  • How does pricing work? +

    When considering building one of the floor plans by Giovanti Homes you are able to receive same day pricing. If you are interested in building a complete custom home or are making changes to a Giovanti floor plan the process usually takes 2 weeks to have a floor plan drawn or revised by our architect. The most common scenario is building one of our floor plans thus pricing is readily available.
  • How long does it take to build a home? +

    Be in your new Giovanti Home in approximately 90 days or less! Build times vary slightly with weather conditions, time of year home is constructed, & size of home. Check out our building process for more information.
  • Are there any “hidden” costs? +

    Rest assured at Giovanti Homes we do not have any hidden costs. In fact, all of your pricing is decided on before building begins. Our clients also have the convenience of using our one stop shop design center. So, unless a client decides to add something there shouldn’t be any surprises or hidden costs.
  • How does financing work? +

    In most cases Giovanti Homes obtains the construction loan. When the home is complete the client will pay for their new home via a mortgage or cash. In some cases, the client elects to carry the construction loan. This is most common on acreage properties, complete custom builds, or if the client already owns the parcel of land. Giovanti Homes also has some preferred lenders or clients may use a lender of their choice.
  • Can I customize my home? +

    Yes! At Giovanti Homes we believe it is those little customizations which makes a home your own. We are leaders in the industry at making the building process easy and customizing fun.
  • Do you build handicap accesible homes? +

    Yes, we have a lot of experience in building handicapped accessible homes. Every customer is different and if this is something you have questions about the best thing to do is meet with your realtor and Giovanti Homes so we can show you how exactly we can build a home that fits your individual needs.
